I recently blogged from the IFMSA (International Federation of Medical Students Association) conference, and thought others here might also be interested to hear what we've been up to. The Organising Committee have made a huge effort to make this General Assembly Environmentally Friendly, which I think could be used as a template for other International Medical conferences worldwide.
